How to Reschedule a Shift to Another Date

If you ever find you need to reschedule a shift due to weather, a holiday, or another reason - here's how you do that.

To reschedule a shift to another date, you will need to open the Peazy app and log in as a Vendor Supervisor.

  1. Simply search for the job in question and once you find it, click View Details.
  2. Click Shift Details and then you will click on "Reschedule Shift".
  3. Select the date you want to reschedule the shift for, including the shift start and end time if that needs to change
  4. Here you can also 'Extend the schedule over multiple days' if you'd like to allow the associate to complete this job on the date of service or for a window of time after that. This is great for 'weekend' jobs as you can schedule it for Friday but then extend for 2 days to include Saturday and Sunday.
  5. Click Confirm to complete the reschedule and you will see a successful pop up message once it's done.


Please note that you cannot reschedule a shift to a date that already has a shift scheduled. So if you have a Monday through Friday cleaning and need to reschedule a shift, you'll need to schedule it for a Saturday or Sunday, because there isn't a shift scheduled for those days yet.
