System Status: Update on OTJ Issues Due to WinTeam Integration Impact

Overview: We're currently experiencing issues with OTJs due to a recent outage with WinTeam. a

Although WinTeam is back online, the integrations that feed data into Peazy are still not active. This has led to several challenges that we are actively addressing. Here’s what you need to know:

WinTeam Sync:

  • The automatic syncing of new jobs, vendors, and employees from WinTeam to Peazy is not happening as it should.
  • To keep operations running, a full database record is being exported every morning by Velociti and manually imported into Peazy.
  • Impact: New jobs, vendors, and employees will only appear in Peazy the following business day after the manual import. Delays may occur in adding new customers to your user scope, causing them not to show up on the job entry page immediately.

Job Modification:

  • The "Modify Job" button was temporarily disabled due to the outage.
  • We’ve updated this process to bypass the WinTeam sync, so any modifications you make will be sent directly to the billing team.
  • Impact: These changes won’t be reflected in WinTeam until the billing team manually processes them before invoicing.

Additional Information:

  • All information is being tracked alongside WinTeam and sent to the finance teams separately to ensure accuracy. This includes work ticket details, billing information for customers, and a/p details for subcontractor payments.
  • We are closely monitoring the situation and will reinstate automated processes as soon as WinTeam supports integrations again. Unfortunately, there is no timeline available yet, but updates will be posted on the web.peazy.com dashboard as soon as we have more information.
