Peazy App - Updates, Hotfixes and New Releases

Keep your Peazy App updated for up to date releases, features, and bug fixes

From time to time, all apps are updated to provide you with better experience, fix bugs, and enhance features. We recommend that you have automatic updates turned on for your Peazy App so that you never miss a new release. 

If you don't keep automatic updates on, or you want to check which version you have - here are some easy step by step instructions for you.

Checking What Version You Have

To check what version of the app you have, simply click the "Accounts" tab on the bottom navigation. You will see the current version of the app under the Logout button on this screen.

Hot Fixes

From time to time, we will do a 'hot fix' to fix a certain bug or update a feature between releases. While these are not common, if they happen there are two ways to update your device. The best way, is if you see the "Download and Run Update" button on the home screen, simply click that and it will apply the hot fix. This applies to version 1.14.0 and later of the app. If you do not have v1.14.0 or later, please see above on how to check the version and below on how to update your app.

The alternative way to download a hotfix is to open and close the app twice. If you delete and re-download the app - you will still need to open and close the app twice or click the download and update button for the hot fix to take. Watch this quick ▶️ video screen record showing how to close and reopen the app twice.

1. Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go. Swipe up on the app.

How to Update Your Peazy App

Below are the instructions on how to update your app on both apple and google play devices.

How to update an Apple app

1. Open the App Store app . 

   1. Option 1:

      1. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.

      2. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

   2. Option 2:
      1. Search for the Peazy App
      2. Click the blue "Update" button next to the app.
