Step-by-Step Guide for Velociti VMS Vendors Using Peazy

Welcome to Peazy! This guide will walk you through the steps needed to manage your jobs and your associates using the Peazy app. Follow these detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. There is a link to a video walk through at the bottom of this post.

Step 1: Download Application:

All parties download the Peazy app from the App Store or Google Play Store. If you need additional help downloading the app or making sure the settings are correct, see the Getting Started article.

Step 2: Open the Peazy App and Login

Launch the App:

  • Open the app directly from the store by clicking “Open” or find the Peazy icon on your device and tap to open it.
  • Make sure you have updated notifications and location access. If you need help with this please check out that article here

Login:

  • When you reach the Sign Up screen, you will want to click "Log In" at the bottom right corner to access the login screen. (Important: Do not create a new account or sign up. You have already been assigned a username and password, so you want to log in.)
  • Click Login Using Email Address
  • Log in to the app using the credentials provided by Peazy.

Step 3: Navigate Your Jobs

Homepage Overview:

  • You will have four options: Service Locations, Services Offered, Create Customer, and Invite Vendor/Subcontractor.

Add Service Locations or Services Offered:

  • If you want to be matched with additional jobs outside of those you currently perform for Velociti, you may add service locations or services offered to receive notifications of new job opportunities you can bid on from Velociti and other customers.

  • Velociti vendors will already have their connected jobs added and you can view them by selecting the “Jobs” button at the bottom.

Step 4: View Your Jobs

Access Jobs:

  • Select the briefcase icon at the bottom labeled "Jobs".

Job Categories:

  • You will see ongoing jobs, upcoming jobs, and completed jobs.

  • All scheduled jobs that have not been started will show up under Upcoming Jobs. Once they have been started they will show up under Ongoing Jobs. When completed, they will show up under Completed.
  • The Vendor/Supervisor View will show you each job you are responsible. for. The Associate/Cleaner view will show each shift for each job they are assigned to. 

Step 5: Manage Associates' Shifts

Punch In/Out for Associates:

  • To punch in or out for an associate, select “Shift Details” at the top.

  • On the Shift Details page, click the Shift Date calendar box and select the specific date.

  • Select “Associates on the Job” to see all jobs for your associates.

  • Click the dark green “Punch in” for the associate.

Enter Punch In Time:

  • A pop-up box will prompt you to enter the punch-in time.

  • Click the box with the clock icon labeled “Punch in time*”.

  • Use the clock hands or type in the time (ensure to select AM or PM).

  • Click OK to confirm the time, then select the dark green “Punch in” button.

  • A pop-up box will confirm “Successfully punched in!” at the top of the screen.

Complete Tasks:

  • After punching in, complete tasks for the associate.

  • If all tasks were completed, select the “Select All” checkbox and mark them as completed.

Enter Punch Out Time:

  • Once tasks are completed, select the dark green “Punch out” button.

  • A pop-up box will prompt you to enter the punch-out time.

  • Click the box with the clock icon labeled “Punch out time*”.

  • Use the clock hands or type in the time (ensure to select AM or PM).

  • Click OK to confirm the time, then select the dark green button “Yes, punch out”.

  • A pop-up box will confirm “Punched out successfully!” at the top of the screen.

To Assign or Remove Team Members To Jobs:

Your jobs will already be assigned to the associate users that are created. If you'd like to change this, you can:

  • Click into the job
  • Click Shift Details
  • Click "Associates on the Job"
  • Click "Add New Associate" and select the user from the list and click "Assign".
  • Select the shift start and end date of when this associate should be added, if the entire job duration leave the default dates that show up. If temporary addition, select the date range and click "Confirm".
  • You can also click on existing associate users and click "More actions" then click the button next to "Remove" to remove them from the job. It will ask you for a reason and you will click "Remove Associate" to confirm removal.
